Herbal Cuppa Joe is the tea drinker's coffee…or perhaps it’s the coffee drinker’s tea. Sometimes the longing for the beautiful bite of coffee just can’t be denied, and yet coffee just isn’t an option. This herbal blend embodies the sensual character of roasted herbs, with its rich, dark, and stimulating brew. Herbal Cuppa Joe is made of slowly dried and roasted dandelion and chicory roots, which are traditional substitutes for coffee. Both herbs also possess the added benefit of cleansing and detoxifying the liver. Crystal and chocolate barley malt introduce a nutty finish to this enjoyable infusion.

Steeping Tips

  • Use fresh, cold water. The quality of water will affect the taste of your brew.
  • Use a strainer or infuser basket to steep your herbal blend rather than a tea ball or clamping spoon. This gives room for all the herbs and spices to expand and fully infuse.
  • Remove the herbal blend from the water after the designated steeping time.
  • For a stronger tasting brew, simply add more herbal blend to your strainer or infuser basket before steeping.
